Nonya Delicatessen was established in 1980 by Lilian Tan, which was then later handed down to her eldest son Damian in 1997. Nonya delicatessen is today run by Damian and his wife Lynne, aiming to preserve the intricate skills and techniques of crafting authentic Nonya delights.
